Do I Have To Sign a Long Term Contract?
Of course we would like you to sign up for years but in reality if your company doesn’t change for example due to increase in sales, employees, modules used or acquisitions – then 6 months time is adequate.

All of our contracts have a 30 day out with Written Notice and NO PENALTIES – because we are so confident that you will be more than satisfied with our customer service and technical abilities that you will not exercise this option.

What Is Included In The Service?

• Monthly Reports – provided by 3rd party SAP resource.
• Daily System Monitoring which will include checking:
• System Errors - Performance Statistics – Failed Backups – Program Dumps – Free Space - DB Growth – Failed Updates – Printing Issues – OS and DB related Issues.
• System Tuning and Stabilization:
• Tuning SAP buffers –Kernel patches – Basis Support packages applications – Database Patches – OS Patches and SAP notes pertaining to performance and system stability as recommended by SAP – Recommending Backup and Recover Procedures.

What if I want to Train Someone Internal to our company to learn Basis?
No Problem, we can provide knowledge transfer in the form of screen shots, docs and/or Remote Desktop type sessions.
