Operating System installed, patched, and can access the internet.
 Internal / External disks are attached and initialized
 Server(s) must be part of domain – OS specific 
 SAP Software CDs/DVDs copied or downloaded to the server. 
 Must have the ability to provide a secure remote connection to the network
 Must have remote control software enabled or installed to allow access to the Operating–i.e. VNC – RDP – Xwindows etc
 Domain Admin or equivalent user and password for Network/Domain 
 Provide hostnames and IP address of SAP servers 
 Provide SAP OSS ID and Password – given to you by your reseller
